Overview

The model PSS-511B acidizing pump skid is developed for offshore acidizing services as well as for oilfeld cementing, fushing and fracturing services. It is of integral structure and all its components are installed inside the box-shape frame which is consisted of the skid base and the anti-collision skid frames.

The PSS-511B acidizing pump skid includes the following components: 1 ea engine, 1 ea transmission case, 1 ea triplex plunger pump, transmission shaft, plunger pump overpressure safety valve, discharge manifold, suction manifold, skid frame, instrument console and air circuit system, etc. 

All the controls of the acidizing pump skid may be achieved inside the instrument console. The whole system works properly and reliable and the real tme and accurate monitoring readings can be expected.
