Overview

The model PSS-1500A acidizing pump skid is especially developed for offshore oilfield acidizing service. It may also be applied in the fuids circulaton operations in such oilfield services as mud injecton, fush, squeezing cement, fracturing, sand flush, small scale sand control, small scale fracturing and cementing plug drill out.

The model PSS-1500A acidizing pump skid is of split structure, which is convenient for the equipment transportation and hoist. All the components are installed inside the box-shape frame which is consisted of the skid base and the anti-collision skid frames.

The model PSS-1500A acidizing pump skid is divided into two parts: the front skid and the rear skid. The front skid introduces the CAT C32 engine and the TH48-70FT transmission case, while the rear skid is configured with the TPA1800 reciprocating, horizontal single acting triplex plunger pump. The two skids should be moved or transported individually. They are connected together with connecting pins during operations. The hydraulic air circuit pipes between the two skids is jointed together quick change adapters. The electric circuit introduces multi-pin sockets and plugs.
